It's certainly very useful, and yes he does try to sell the courses in the book but that's nothing compared to the upsell on this course ;-) Also well spotted that he has essentially franchised out his seminar system and no doubt makes tons of money from it whilst other people do all the work. I think I would have been surprised that it wasn't Mr. Eker himself too, although I guess from a business point of view it makes great sense for them to do lots of courses to try and upsell the others. You can second guess the seminars are going to be very much looking for the second sale - the book tries to upsell ever other page. That's how Harv continues to make his "financial fredom". As he now uses other speakers too, he has duplicated his model, which probably adds an extra 50% to his income (passive income). You gotta hand it to the guy, he practice what he preaches!
