I just beat a tough demon in Avernum 5 and I thought that the ending was particularly funny. It said:

“The demon falls to the floor and immediately begins to dissolve. It spends its last moments cursing you, your parents, and your Empire. All semblance of politeness is gone. It is an undignified display.

And then the demon is gone, leaving only a foul-smelling, tarry substance.”

I thought that was just great. So the question is: When you go down in flames (or loose an argument, or maybe just fail at something) do you curse and act in an undignified manner like the demon or do you act more maturely and positively?
